I haven’t received my game yet – when will it arrive?
You should receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. If you haven’t received that or are having any issues, reach out to us.

Where do you ship?
We’re happy to ship worldwide, but locations outside of the U.S. will have higher shipping costs.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes we do!

What payment methods do you accept?
All of the big ones – major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle. To pay by Venmo or Zelle, please email kathy@windycurls.com and we will send info for payment.

Who do I contact if there’s an issue with my order?
Send us an email at kathy@windycurls.com and we’ll get back to you asap.

What’s your return policy?
We will accept unopened games within 30 days of their receipt. Email us at kathy@windycurls.com to process a return.

How old do you need to be to play HyJack?
HyJack has been played in our family for over 45 years. Our children learned when they were young, as did our grandchildren. We think five is about as early as a child can master the game play. But if they are not having fun, wait until they are a bit older.
